Too many requests or rate-limiting us
Either you or many visitors sent requests too quickly. Waiting a minute fixes it.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
The tool asks you to wait a minute.
Quick fix
- 1
Wait about one minute without pressing anything.
- 2
Press Try again once.
- 3
Save several links one at a time.
Common causes
Too many presses in a row
Pressing Download again and again can make the limit kick in. One press is enough.
Many links in a short time
Each link needs a lookup. A burst of them from one device is slowed down on purpose.
A busy moment
When many people use the service at once, each of them can be asked to wait a moment.
A platform slowing us down
Sites limit automated lookups for a minute or two after a burst of traffic.
The details
What it means
To keep the service working for everybody, there are limits on how often one device can ask for a file, and on how many requests the whole service can send to a platform in a short time. A platform can also slow us down when it sees many requests.
Why it happens
You pressed Download many times in a row, tried many links quickly, or the service was very busy at that moment. Some platforms also limit automated lookups for a minute or two after a burst.
How to fix it
Nothing is broken. Give it a short rest.
- Wait about a minute without pressing anything.
- Press Try again once.
- If you have several links, save them one at a time, not all at once.
- Switching between tabs for the same link, such as Video and Audio, is quick, because we remember the lookup for a short time.
If it keeps happening
Try again later in the day, or send us a note on the contact page with the time and the link, so we can look at how busy the service was.
How to avoid it next time
- Press the button once and wait for the result.
- Save links one after another, not all at the same moment.
- Use the other tabs for the same link, since the lookup is remembered.
Questions people ask
How long should I wait?
About one minute is enough in almost every case.
Is there a daily limit?
No daily limit for normal use. The limit is only about how quickly requests arrive.
Will switching tabs for the same link count again?
No. Switching between Video, Photo and Audio for the same link is remembered for a short time, so it is quick.
