Known limits

We would rather tell you now than let you find out by trying. These are the main things the tools do not do.

• Private accounts, friends-only posts, group posts and anything that needs a login cannot be saved.
• Instagram Highlights and close-friends stories are not supported. Stories need the story share link and must still be live.
• Facebook stories and photos, and TikTok or X profile pictures, are not available.
• LinkedIn pictures cannot be saved from a link. Videos can, and our guide shows how to save pictures with your browser.
• YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music and other paid or protected services are not supported.
• Links from the Chinese Kuaishou app may not work. The Kwai tool reads public Kwai links.
• Quality is whatever the platform serves. We never upscale or convert files.
