Videos are saved as MP4, the format that plays almost everywhere. Quality is set when the creator uploads. If a clip was uploaded in 1080p, you get 1080p. If it was 720p, you get 720p. A downloader cannot add detail that is not in the source, and we never upscale or re-compress a file.
